Stress

As a final year student in university, I'm currently going through a great amount of stress. Stress is horrible and it can affect your well-being. The effects of stress differ from person, in my case it affects my sleep and I get migraines quite often. Here are a few tips on how to lessen your stress:

Bubble baths
Eat right
Exercise
Have fun
Listen to music
Talk to a friend
Manage your time
Laugh more
Drink green tea 
Stop worrying
Sleep well

  1. When I get stressed I bake, Its so therapeutic! I've been doing a lot of baking lately, which is both a positive and a negative I suppose, haha. These are great methods!
